• Check-in from 2 pm 
• Check-out until 11 am 
• Early check-in and late check-out available for surcharge on request. 
• Pets are not allowed in the hotel. 
• Accepted payment methods: cash payment (HUF and EUR), debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Amex) 
• Payment on arrival. 
• Extra bed available for surcharge on request.  
• Cribs are available on request:
  • Up to 3 years: free of charge 
  • 4 to 12 years old: 15 EUR/Person/Night 
• Parking is subject to availability: 3 EUR/Night/Vehicle or 1,000 HUF/Night/Vehicle 
• Free pre-booked parking available for coaches.

Cancellation policy:

• 72 hours before arrival: Free of charge
• Less than 72 hours before arrival: 50% of total price 

Guaranteed booking: your booking will be confirmed once we have checked your debit card details. For bookings, please fill out the details on the request sheet and send it back to us for confirmation. We reserve the right to charge your card in case of cancellation less than 72 hours before your expected arrival.

Our rates are per room and per night. Prices do not include tourist tax (500 HUF/Person/Night).
